I understand they spend a lot of money there and they probably know them by name and cater to them anytime they visit, but this is just not right. Does the rest of Harrah's customer not matter! I looked at the tier status benefits and being 7 star does not offer reserving machines or places at the poker tables. She said 'they can do that, they are 7 star tier members'. I asked someone that worked there, why those 2 machines were turned off except when those 2 people wanted to play them. I thought this was odd but didn't question it, until that afternoon the SAME 2 people were on the machines and they were playing them again. The next day when I went down to the casino to play the same 2 machines were off again. Once they were finished playing (about 1 hour), I did go on the one machine and played and cashed in for a little winnings. Later that day I noticed a lady and gentleman were playing the 2 that had been turned off all day. This time however, I noticed 2 of the only 4 machines of this kind were turned off. There is a particular set of poker machines that I always play and usually have good luck. I play the poker machines or live dealers. I visited with my sister in May 2021 and was very disappointed. I have always loved the excitement, shopping, and dining. I visit Harrah's usually 2-3 times per year.
